This is a custom Mexican Tree of Life candleholder customized to celebrate life as a family and remember a loving father. This handmade piece is called Amado meaning "beloved". The stylization is inspired by vintage Arbols de la Vida of Metepec, Mexico. At the base, the mother and father are holding hands next to their children above the Golden Gate Bridge. Next to them are their 2 chihuahuas besides the Eiffel Tower. There is also a painter’s palette, guitar, sun face, crescent moon and stars topped with a single candle holder. Underneath the base, "Sablan" is embossed into the clay along with the word "Love". This tree of life is a signed handmade original piece of artwork by Sablan Ceramics.
